TEARS

TEARS of joy, sadness, anger, hurt, relief... tears are a way to release pent-up energy. Let them flow. If feelings stay trapped inside you, they eventually come out with a vengeance (as health issues or “irrational” behavior). Stay in flow. Acknowledge your feelings, thank them & release them. There are no “bad” emotions, so love whatever arises within you & then let it go. Let. It. Flow.
