If someone lashes out...

f someone lashes out at you, don’t take it personal. Know they must feel unsafe, unloved or unhappy. While only they can fix half of that (we are each responsible for our own happiness & self-love), we can support them by loving them & holding a safe space for them to feel their range of emotions. Don’t let their feelings trigger yours, simply hold space for them to feel their feelings. Love them unconditionally while they work through their stuff. Depending on your own level of safety, happiness & self-love, you may do this in their presence, or from a distance. Either way, feel only love for them & keep an open heart. Trust they are doing the best they know how, as we all are. The world needs more love, not less. I love you. xo
