How happy do you feel today? Want a quick boost?!

Make a list of things that bring you joy (sunshine, journaling, exercise, fresh fruit, etc.). Then, find ways to infuse your day with more of those things!

For me, a quick walk around the block in the sunshine while eating an apple & listening to my favorite playlist achieves several happiness-boosters on my list in just 5-minutes!
